Once your account is processed and the necessary checks are completed, you are ready to use your account to shop online or in-store.

These are the basic steps to completing your online application:

⦁ What documentation is required?
Colour copy of your ID and latest three months’ bank statements. You can upload the documents on the online application, or email it through to ⦁ applications@fevertreefinance.co.za
 
⦁ What are the qualifying criteria? 
You need to be between the ages of 18 and 65, earn a minimum of R5 000 a month and be a responsible credit user (we use your credit record).
⦁ How long does the application process take? 
Pre-approval happens within 30 seconds and you can be approved within 30 minutes, it all depends when your supporting documents are submitted. 
⦁ How do I pay my account? 
Payments are via debit order on your selected payment date.
 
⦁ I did not receive a response after doing the SMS pre-approval? 
The SMS costs R1.50 and will unfortunately not work if you are trying to use a free SMS.
 
⦁ Can I settle my account early? 
Yes! And there is no penalty for early settlement. Simply get in contact with FeverTree.
 
⦁ Can I shop online and in-store? 
Yes, for online simply select FeverTree Account at checkout. 
To pay in-store, simply give your ID number at tillpoint.
 
⦁ What happens if I cancel my shopping order?
Once your order has been cancelled, the merchant will request for the amount to be credited back onto your FeverTree Account.

⦁ FeverTree Accounts are provided by FeverTree Finance (Pty) Ltd a registered credit provider (NCRCP6072). 
⦁ You have 12 months to settle your bill. 
⦁ You need to be between the ages of 18 and 65, earn a minimum of R5 000 per month and be a responsible credit user. 
⦁ Subject to affordability. 
⦁ SA citizens only. 
⦁ Your Account Agreement includes FeverTree Credit Life Insurance, underwritten by Guardrisk Life Limited, a licensed life insurer and authorised financial services provider (FSP76).
